C.C.R. offer a reactive maintenance and planned maintenance service covering all trades for a wide range of commercial properties. These include retail, offices, education, health and many others in both the public and private sectors. We also provide a full refurbishment and bespoke project management service, specific to our customers’ requirements.

We specialise in providing rapid response to emergency situations such as break-ins, fire and flood damage and securing properties before and after any riots or public disorders.

CCR was formed in 1985 and has become a major provider of building and maintenance services throughout the Midlands and surrounding  areas for reactive maintenance and nationwide for all other installation, building and refurbishment services.

We employ a full time staff of skilled tradesmen including electricians, carpenters & joiners, general builders, plumbers, heating and drainage, air-conditioning and refrigeration operatives.  These are backed by a dedicated support team of customer service co-coordinators and Project Managers with specialist skills and knowledge. C.C.R. is a  professional business supplying comprehensive solutions to most building needs.  It still remains however a privately owned company that has retained the core values of providing service and quality to customers at a competitive price.
